• Ownership of Footage: All video footage, including raw and edited files, captured during this project shall be the property of Cosmosun Studios, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

• Payment Terms: Payment for the project shall follow the terms outlined in the project proposal. A 75 % deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. 

• Project Timeline: Both parties commit to adhering to the project timeline specified in the proposal. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly and addressed as necessary.

 • Revisions and Changes: Requests for changes to the project scope must be submitted in writing and may result in additional charges. Revisions to the final video are limited to 3 rounds, with extra revisions incurring additional fees.

 • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, including video concepts and content, confidential and not to share it with third parties without prior written consent. 

• Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches its obligations. In such cases, payment for work completed up to the termination date will be required.
